Stainless steel | 53 mm long | usable twice
This trapezoid blade is made of stainless steel (INOX) and is suitable for damp environments, for example in food processing. It can be used twice by turning it over.
The blade is 53 mm long, 19 mm wide and 0.6 mm thick, ground on both sides and uncoated. It fits 14 knives in our range. 10 pieces are supplied; the manufacturer is martor (type 610). You will find further types in the overview of cutter knife blades.
