Stainless steel | TiN coating | usable twice
This trapezoid blade is made of stainless steel and additionally has a TiN coating (titanium nitride). By turning it over, it can be used twice.
The design corresponds to the martor 610 (KM610); the Tortoris blade additionally has the TiN coating. The blade is 51 mm long, 19 mm wide and 0.6 mm thick and fits 14 knives in our range. 10 pieces are supplied; the manufacturer is Tortoris. The same design without TiN coating is available from martor (KM610). Other trapezoid blades of a comparable size are made of carbon steel, have rounded tips or a single-sided grind.
