TiN coating | premium carbon steel | usable twice
This trapezoid blade is made of premium carbon steel and has a TiN coating (titanium nitride) that extends edge life, especially with films. By turning it over, it can be used twice.
The design corresponds to the martor 5232 (KM5232); the Tortoris blade additionally has the TiN coating. The blade is 51 mm long, 19 mm wide and 0.6 mm thick and fits 14 knives in our range. 10 pieces are supplied; the manufacturer is Tortoris. The same design without TiN coating is available from martor (KM5232). Other trapezoid blades of a comparable size have a single-sided grind or are made of stainless steel.
