Payment methods

Customer groupPayment methods
Businesses and public-sector buyers Purchase on invoice, payable within 30 days of the invoice date without deduction. Prepayment by bank transfer on request.
Private customers Prepayment by bank transfer or PayPal. Goods are shipped after payment has been received.

For first orders we reserve the right to deliver against prepayment. We will inform you of this before the order is processed.

Delivery time

Items in stock are usually shipped within two working days, or from receipt of payment where prepayment has been agreed. For deliveries abroad, delivery takes as long as the carrier needs. Deliveries to islands take about eight days longer.

If an item is not in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery date without being asked.

Shipping partners

We ship parcels up to 31.5 kg via Deutsche Post, DHL or GLS. Larger or bulky consignments go by freight forwarder; in that case we agree the terms with you in advance. Delivery to parcel lockers and PO boxes is not possible.

Deliveries to Switzerland

Deliveries to Switzerland are made without customs clearance and without tax paid. Customs duties, import VAT and customs clearance and handling fees are borne by the customer, who carries out import clearance themselves. These costs are not included in the prices and shipping costs stated above and are charged separately by the carrier or by customs.

VAT on deliveries to other EU countries

For deliveries to businesses in other EU member states we invoice without German VAT, provided you give us a valid VAT identification number before the invoice is issued and the other legal requirements are met. Otherwise we charge the statutory VAT.

Transport damage

If the goods arrive with obvious transport damage, please report the damage to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us. This is not a prerequisite for your statutory rights — but it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier.
