Stainless steel | fewer mounting holes
This shorter trapezoid blade is made of stainless steel and has fewer blade mounting holes than the 60 mm blade.
The blade is uncoated, ground on both sides with a double bevel and, can be used twice by turning it over. It is 56 mm long, 19 mm wide and 0.6 mm thick and fits 18 knives in our range. 10 pieces are supplied; the manufacturer is martor (type 160099).
