Protective hook | cutting depth 5.8 mm | blade change without tools
On this safety knife, the blade always lies behind a protective hook (safety level 3). The hook is in front of the blade before, during and after the cut, and contact with the finger is not possible. At 5.8 mm, the cutting depth is somewhat shallower than on the CB100 (HCB100), suitable for thinner materials and for anyone who wants to cut less deeply.
You change the blade without tools, and a magnet holds it in the handle during the change. The handle is made of glass-fibre-reinforced plastic and is equally suitable for right- and left-handed users. A tape slitter is built in. The manufacturer is RiteKnife.
