This carpet knife is made entirely of metal, including the inside. All parts are secured against falling out, the slightly curved shape sits well in the hand and can also be operated with gloves.
You extend the blade by hand to 6, 14 or 21 mm or retract it fully into the handle. A magnet in the blade holder holds the blade in place during a change, you make the change without additional tools, and replacement blades can be stored in the handle. The knife is suitable for right- and left-handed users, and three black trapezoid blades are included. The manufacturer is Tajima.
