Ceramic blade | safety grind | magnet in the housing
This small cutter has a ceramic blade with a safety grind that is designed not to injure the skin (safety level 2). It cuts single sheets of paper, opens film packaging and separates products from thick blisters.
The housing has a non-slip surface, weighs 6 g and sits securely in the hand for right- and left-handed users. The cutting depth is 2 mm. The cutter hangs on a key ring via the eyelet, and a magnet in the housing holds it on metal surfaces, for example on a shelf or workbench. According to the manufacturer, ceramic blades last up to 11.2 times longer than steel blades. The manufacturer is Slice.
Note: ceramic is hard but sensitive to lateral forces. Therefore cut in a straight line and do not lever.
