Ceramic | pointed corners | usable on both sides
This trapezoid blade is made of ceramic and has pointed corners which, according to the manufacturer, cut more efficiently. According to the manufacturer, the safety grind protects against cuts even if you pull the edge across the skin. According to the manufacturer, ceramic stays sharp considerably longer than steel. The initial sharpness is lower than with steel.
The blade is 65 mm long, 12 mm high and 1.3 mm thick, uncoated and ground double-bevel on both sides, so usable on both sides. It fits several knives in our range. 3 pieces are supplied, the manufacturer is Slice. You will find more types in the overview of cutter blades.
Note: ceramic is hard but sensitive to lateral forces. Therefore cut in a straight line and do not pry.
