30° tip | 8 snap-off segments | carbon steel
This snap-off blade has a 30° tip for precise cuts and 8 snap-off segments. The 30° blade KSAB offers 6 segments; with two additional segments, the blade can be used for longer before it has to be replaced.
The blade is made of carbon steel, is uncoated and ground on both sides with a double bevel. The overall length is 80 mm, the cutting edge measures 74 mm. The manufacturer is OLFA.
The angle indicates how pointed the front of the blade is. 60° is the standard. For particularly precise work, where you sometimes have to pierce under a film with the blade, blades with a 30° tip are better suited.
