This deburring tool works with a ceramic blade with safety grind: it is not ground sharp, and even when drawn directly across the skin it does not cause injury. That is sufficient for safety level 3.
It deburrs plastic and cuts thin materials such as paper, tissue paper, felt, vinyl, cardboard and small wooden plates. The textured handle sits in the hand without slipping, does not roll away when put down and is suitable for left- and right-handed users. You change the blade without tools; it is non-magnetic and non-conductive. The manufacturer is Slice.
