With this form you declare the withdrawal from a purchase contract. The statutory right of withdrawal is available to consumers, that is, natural persons who order mainly for private purposes. For orders from companies, public authorities and other commercial customers there is no statutory right of withdrawal; the General Terms and Conditions apply to them.
Enter the order number and the email address from your order and submit the form. You will receive a confirmation by email straight away. First and last name are optional and only help us to match the order.
The withdrawal must be declared within the withdrawal period of fourteen days; sending it in good time is sufficient to meet the deadline. The start of the period, legal consequences and the cases in which there is no right of withdrawal are set out in full in the withdrawal information.
The form is an offer, not an obligation. You can just as well declare the withdrawal informally by email to direkt@curt-tools.com or by letter — a clear statement is sufficient. A model withdrawal form for printing and our full address can be found in the withdrawal information. Merely returning the goods without a statement is not sufficient.
We confirm receipt and refund the payments made, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery. We may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived with us or you have provided proof of return.
